1. Summarize

The ZYGASLEAK series are devices that provide gas leak detection alarms for methane, ethane, propane, carbon monoxide, etc., using LoRa wireless technology to achieve excellent space coverage and easy installation. This document describes the technical specifications of the smart gas leak alarm.

Intelligent gas leakage alarm ZYGASLEAK includes two parts: a gas leakage alarm and a linkage valve. The typical scenario is installed near a combustible gas detector to detect gas leakage.

In terms of communication, it adopts LoRa wireless technology and works in CLassB and CLASSC modes. When receiving a control command, it will execute the switch valve action. When there is a gas leak and the detection reaches a certain concentration, a wired linkage operation will be initiated and the server will be reported to the alarm.

A manual button is provided, with two colors, green and red, green light is normal, the red light flashes when alarming, accompanied by an alarm sound.

1) Periodic reporting mode: This mode can report the gas concentration status in the period according to the preset period.

2) Valve linkage mode: This mode can directly trigger the valve linkage according to the alarm, close the pipeline gas valve, and keep it closed.

3) Concentration alarm: when the leakage concentration reaches the set range, an alarm will be issued, the red light flashes with an alarm sound.

2.8 Installation

1) Install linkage valve on gas pipeline.

2) Install the leak alarm according to different gases, according to the position in the above picture: the position of the liquefied petroleum gas installation is 30cm from the ground, the natural gas installation is 30cm from the ceiling, or the top of the ceiling.

3) The USB external power supply should be fixed and routed.

4)Keep the installation in indoor space and do not support outdoor installation.

5)The installation environment should ensure good signal, waterproof and other conditions to use in the scene.

6) The installation environment should ensure an unsealed space, and the alarm sound can be clear.
